Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal within 15 days of delivery and enter your order ID and email address to start the process.

  Upload clear images of the product, including the outer packaging and the batch number, to help our team verify the item's condition.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the product is packed securely in its original box.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
