Q. Is 10% Glycolic + Watermelon Face Serum suitable for acne-prone skin? Since it has exfoliating ingredients like Glycolic and Watermelon, we do not recommend using it on active acne. For active acne we would recommend Cica+2% Salicylic Acid Serum

Q. Can I use 10% Glycolic + Watermelon Face Serum and 10% Vitamin C Together? We recommend using vitamin C in your AM routine and 10% Glycolic + Watermelon Serum in your PM routine but never in the same routine.
Q. Can I use 10% Glycolic + Watermelon Face serum with other glycolic products? Yes, you can use the 10% Glycolic+Watermelon Face Serum with other glycolic products.
Q. Can glycolic cause sensitivity, redness or irritation? Glycolic typically doesn’t cause redness, sensitivity or irritation. However, people with acne-prone skin or extremely dry skin may experience some irritation. We always recommend patch tests before using it.
Q. What I cannot mix with glycolic? Research shows that you cannot use glycolic with retinol, vitamin C, and salicylic acids in the same routine. Use Vitamin C or Salicylic in AM routine and Glycolic in the PM routine. For Retinol, alternate usage in the PM routine is suggested.
Q. Is 10% glycolic too strong? While 10% Glycolic is potent, it is a concentration that's safe to use. However, it may react differently on different skin types. Therefore, we recommend patch testing first and incorporating it slowly into your routine, watching how your skin responds.
Q. Can I use this serum around the eyes? No! We recommend leaving the eye area and using the serum for the rest of the face & neck.
